Born in Rochford and grew up in Thundersley Essex. I started out as a Teddy Girl in '73, at the age of 14, at The Haystack on Canvey Island. I Spent most of my time at the Long Bar, Southend on Sea.

I was born and grew up in Rainham Essex, I started out as a Teddy Boy (a reformed Rocker) in '74 at the age of 19, at the Wakes Arms, Epping, Essex. I spent most of my time at the Adam & Eve, in Hackney.

We met in the long hot summer of '76, at the Queens Hotel, Westcliff. We were engaged at The Old Maypole, Barkingside in '77 and married in '78, in Hadleigh, Essex. Three children and many years behind us.
